Champions Club Renamed
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Gamecock Athletics, through its longstanding relationship with Jim Hudson Automotive Group, welcomes Lexus to its corporate partner family. Most notably, The Champions Club at Williams-Brice Stadium now will be named Jim Hudson Lexus Champions Club.
The addition of Jim Hudson Lexus further solidifies the affinity shared between Jim Hudson Automotive and University of South Carolina. In addition to aligning the luxury vehicle brand with a premium in-stadium club experience, Lexus will have automotive displays outside of the North and South Clubs. Jim Hudson Lexus will have exposure through a variety of Gamecock Athletics’ official platforms and traditional marketing opportunities as well.
“The support we’ve received from Jim Hudson Automotive over the years has been phenomenal. We’re excited to now add Jim Hudson Lexus to the Gamecock corporate partner family and see the integration inside Williams-Brice come to life,” said University of South Carolina Executive Associate Athletics Director/CMO Eric Nichols. “There’s a tremendous energy surrounding this season, and we’re thrilled to introduce the new Jim Hudson Lexus Champions Club areas to Gamecock fans.”
“We’re extremely proud to continue backing the garnet and black,” said Jim Hudson. “The University of South Carolina is a special place, rich with tradition much like the Lexus Brand, and we are just as pleased to grow our relationship by adding the Jim Hudson Lexus name to the Champions Club at Williams Brice Stadium.”
The relationship between Jim Hudson Automotive and Gamecock Athletics is managed by Gamecock Sports Properties, the athletics’ multimedia rightsholder for University of South Carolina and LEARFIELD’s local dedicated team.
