MADISON, Wis. – University of Wisconsin Athletics and its multimedia rightsholder, Badger Sports Properties of Learfield IMG College, announced today that the Varsity Club Level at Camp Randall Stadium will take on a new name this football season — “Ford Varsity Club” — due to a new commitment by the Wisconsin Ford Dealers.

“The Wisconsin Ford Dealers are proud to be a permanent part of historic Camp Randall Stadium and to strengthen its alignment with the Badger football tradition,” said Sean P. Baxter, Vice Chairman, Wisconsin Ford Dealers Advertising Board. “We view this as an ideal partnership between two trusted and respected brands and are pleased to be a part of the fabric of Badger game day.”

Wisconsin Ford Dealers comprises 95 dealerships across Wisconsin, many located in and around Madison. The newly renamed Ford Varsity Club was added in 2004 as part of the Premium Seat addition on the east side of Camp Randall Stadium. Ford Varsity Club is located on the 6th and 7th levels toward the north zone, seating a total of 600 Badger fans on game day. Access to the Ford Varsity Club level is open two hours prior to kickoff.

Ford Varsity Club welcomes Badger fans to the ultimate viewing experience of the game with HD television coverage and a play-by-play radio broadcast above the Northeast Corner of the Camp Randall Stadium. Ford Varsity Club features an upgraded in-seat food and beverage service with cushioned chairs and ample leg room, a table-top counter, a la carte food and beverage menu available for purchase, as well as a personal staff service.

“We are excited to be able to partner with the Wisconsin Ford Dealers on the naming of the Ford Varsity Club,” said UW Senior Associate Athletic Director Justin Doherty. “It’s always a pleasure to connect our UW Athletics brand with businesses that share our values in our city and around our state.”
