SYRACUSE, N.Y. and IRVINE, Calif. – SIDEARM Sports, a leader in collegiate athletic digital solutions, and Paciolan, a leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics solutions, will acquire NeuLion College effective immediately.

NeuLion has long been recognized as a reputable brand behind collegiate athletic websites. In 2018, it assumed the dedicated name NeuLion College providing clients such offerings as web publishing, ticketing, donor management, mobile/OTT apps and HD video streaming technology.

Paciolan and SIDEARM Sports, both operating within Learfield IMG College since 2017 and 2014 respectively, will assume servicing the entire NeuLion College portfolio. SIDEARM President and CEO Jeff Rubin, in conjunction with Paciolan President and CEO Kim Damron, will lead the comprehensive integration and best-in-class servicing of these clients’ various needs ranging from app and website development to ticketing and fundraising. Tim Vargas, president and CEO of NeuLion College, will remain on as an advisor. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

“Jeff and I are excited about the addition of these college athletics clients to the Paciolan and SIDEARM Sports communities,” said Damron. “We look forward to working closely with them to ensure a seamless transition and uncover opportunities to help them to grow their business.”

“Tim and his team have built a phenomenal business over the years, and we will strive to serve these new clients at a high level and look forward to representing their brands, and fully integrating them into the SIDEARM and overall Learfield IMG College family,” added Rubin.

According to Vargas, “I have complete confidence in this next chapter for the company. While the NeuLion College name will be going away, our clients are in excellent hands and will benefit greatly from being a part of this new operating structure.”
