MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan University has selected Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions to coordinate outbound ticket sales and enhance customer service through the creation of a locally based, CMU-dedicated team.
“I am excited about our relationship with Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions as it will help us greatly enhance our outbound efforts and provide outstanding customer service,” Zyzelewski Family Associate Vice President/Director of Athletics Michael Alford said. “We will work together to provide a diverse outreach campaign to provide our fans multiple options to support CMU Athletics.”
As part of the multi-year relationship, Ticket Solutions will provide best-in-class sales and service on behalf of Central Michigan while collaborating with university staff to support the overall fan experience. The local Ticket Solutions team also will provide first-class customer service to members of the Chippewa Athletic Fund while helping to grow attendance and revenue for each ticketed sport.

Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions represents 45 partners nationally and has 170 on-campus sales personnel dedicated to their respective university relationships. In addition to representing collegiate institutions and conferences, Ticket Solutions also represents the Premier Lacrosse League, UFC and PBR with outbound ticket sales efforts.
