PLANO, Texas – Learfield recently named Alfred Vaca senior director-sales analytics to work alongside Jeff Gosey, the company’s newly appointed vice president-sales acceleration.

Vaca relocated to North Dallas from South Florida, where he spent the last two years working for the NFL’s Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. He led the Corporate Partnerships Business Solutions team, and before that, held the role of manager, corporate partnerships activation and retention. During his tenure with the franchise, he was integral in many aspects of analytics, research and creation of new sales strategies to drive sponsorship revenue and efficiencies.

His previous experience also includes serving as manager, client solutions for the sports and entertainment areas within Telemundo/NBC Universal Hispanic Group in New York and Miami. Additionally he spent six years with American Express in New York City, where he was digital marketing manager, small business apps acquisition, and prior to that, senior marketing analyst. Vaca, a graduate of Cornell University, earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
