UNIVERSITY OF MAINE SELECTS PACIOLAN
Paciolan will power ticketing, marketing and CRM solutions for University of Maine Athletics and Collins Center for the Arts
IRVINE, Calif. – Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions for colleges and Universities, has entered into a partnership with the University of Maine, including the athletics department and arts with The Collins Center for the Arts. University of Maine and its Black Bears is an NCAA Division I institution and part of the America East Conference, with the football program participating in the Colonial Athletic Association. The Collins Center for the Arts entertains and enlightens more than 100,000 people each year with a wide variety of events, including Broadway tours, and is home of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra.
With this partnership, University of Maine will employ Paciolan’s industry-specific implementation of Salesforce CRM services, digital ticketing, and marketing services for a holistic solution to best serve the university’s arts and athletics fans.
Paciolan will power ticket sales and account management capabilities for University of Maine Athletics and Collins Center. The university will implement Access Management, enabling fans and customers to purchase mobile tickets and use their mobile device to enter the venues.
University of Maine will implement Salesforce CRM to provide a comprehensive view of fans and patrons. The CRM platform’s real-time reports of sales activities and progress enable staff to provide personalized customer service and help generate ticket sales.
With Paciolan’s PAC Mail email marketing solution, University of Maine athletics and arts will be able to communicate directly with fans, students and patrons. The web-based email marketing solution will enable University of Maine athletics and arts to continue to send targeted, personalized messages to inspire ticket sales and strengthen relationships.
