PURCHASE, N.Y. – ANC was awarded the Stellar Service Award for ‘Best Tech Support’ from Systems Contractor News (SCN). The winners are featured in the recent Special Spring Edition of Systems Contractor News.

ANC received the award in recognition of their dedicated Operations Team, who works with venue partners to deliver flawless event management services. Each year, ANC Operations manages 2,500 live events, schedules 9,000 pieces of content, and resolves 80% of technical issues in less than 5 hours. Whether it’s fixing an LED board after a Bryce Harper Homerun or helping open the new Westfield World Trade Center, ANC’s Operations Team is a proven leader in technical support.

SCN’s Stellar Service Award program recognizes the behind the scenes efforts of various departments within the Audio/Visual (AV) industry. Many of these services, including online training, tech support, and sales operation, play a pivotal role in the success of many industry players.

“Servicing our clients is the key to everything we do at ANC and we are honored to receive this recognition,” said Jerome Cifarelli, President and Chief Executive Officer, ANC. “We will continue to help change venue experiences through our high level of customer service and turnkey technology solutions.”

Winners were chosen through an open voting process in March on Systems Contractor News’s website. For more than two decades, Systems Contractor News has lead the systems integration industry through news analysis, trend reports and has been an authority on the latest product and technology information.
