Facility enables company to move solutions closer to existing and new clients throughout North America
CHICAGO – GoVision announced today that its nationwide expansion continues with the opening of a new office in Chicago.
The office will be led by Rich McGill, an 18-year veteran of sales, sponsorships and digital media, who has joined the GoVision team as Regional Account Executive. McGill has worked with some of the largest brands in the world – including American Airlines, CocaCola, Anheuser-Busch and Gatorade – and brings extensive experience delivering digital marketing solutions to Division 1 universities throughout the Midwest.
The Chicago office will enable GoVision to position its LED equipment and services – including new solutions such as custom design, creative/content services, fabrication and installation – closer to its large base of existing clients throughout the Midwest and Canada while supporting new client expansion in the region.
“One of our great advantages during GoVision’s early years was the central location of our home office in the DFW Metroplex, but we always felt that having a local Chicago presence would be equally beneficial,” said Scott McKinnon, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Argyle, Tex.-based GoVision, a premier, full-service provider of large-scale LED video displays and related services, including production, creative content, custom design, fabrication and installation. “But first, we needed the right guy to head it up, and we finally found Rich. Of course, Chicagoland is a major market itself, with countless indoor and outdoor events and shows every year, noted McKinnon. “Rich has his finger on the pulse of the event business in Chicago, so you can expect to see a lot more GoVision LED screens in and around the area in the months and years to come.”
