Daktronics veteran to focus on fixed installation sales, service, maintenance

ARGYLE, TX – GoVision announced today the hiring of Mark Johnson to become the company’s new Vice President, Business Development. In his new role, Johnson will lead GoVision’s fixed installation sales efforts while also helping to expand the service and maintenance group to support the company’s fixed installations.

PrintJohnson joins GoVision after 18 highly successful years with Daktronics (NASDAQ: DAKT). During his career with the South Dakota-based LED video screen manufacturer, he held several positions of increasing responsibility within the company’s sales organization. Most recently, as Regional Sales Manager, Johnson was responsible for directing a sales group focused on Sports and Venues. He and his team celebrated several high profile wins, such as the installation of the plaza and in-arena LED boards at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
