In the company’s first collegiate athletic sponsorship venture, Honey Smoked Fish will receive permanent and digital signage in all major venues on both university campuses. In-game promotions, radio spots and on-site activation for branding and product sampling will also take place at to-be-determined athletic events throughout the 2015-16 athletic season.

“We are thrilled to be working with these two major universities in Colorado,” said Honey Smoked Fish Owner Kevin Mason. “We provide real food for real energy and are hoping to give these student-athletes a ready-made, healthy superfood that will provide them with quality lean protein and Omega-3 fatty acids to help fuel their training regimen.”

The makers of Honey Smoked Fish will work with the nutrition staffs at both Colorado State and Colorado athletic departments to build knowledge and encourage student-athletes to try the Honey Smoked products.

“CSU Athletics couldn’t be more excited about the new partnership with Honey Smoked Fish Company,” said Ben Lorenzen, CSU Senior Associate AD. “We look forward to aligning our two popular brands in the state of Colorado and the region.”

“We are thrilled to have Honey Smoked Fish Company as our newest partner of CU athletics,” said Matt Biggers, Chief Marketing Officer University of Colorado. “It’s always great to have a local Colorado company be associated with the program, especially one as respected as Honey Smoked Fish Company.”
