Multi-Year Deal Leverages Memorial Hermann Health Systems into new partnership with Texas A&M Athletics
HOUSTON – The Texas A&M University Athletic Department , in collaboration with its multimedia rights holder, Texas A&M Sports Properties of Learfield Sports, are pleased to announce a multi-year agreement with Memorial Hermann Health System, the largest not-for-profit health system in Southeast Texas.
Memorial Hermann has agreed to become the “Official Sports Medicine Partner of Texas A&M Athletics,” committing to support the Texas A&M Aggies.
“Memorial Hermann is proud to be the Official Sports Medicine Partner of the Texas A&M Athletic Department,” said Jim Brown, senior vice president and CEO of Ambulatory Services at Memorial Hermann. “Memorial Hermann’s commitment to elite sports medicine care and Texas A&M’s commitment to academic and athletic excellence are a perfect fit.”
Memorial Hermann will feature many of its affiliated physicians in-stadium during Aggie home games, will have ‘Gameday Alerts’ on the official Facebook page of Texas A&M Athletics, segment sponsorships on The Pulse and The Beat, and recognition as the presenting sponsor of the Texas A&M Signing Day Show.

Memorial Hermann’s sports medicine program is anchored by three Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute locations in the Houston area, located at the Texas Medical Center, Memorial City and The Woodlands.
