BROOKINGS, S.D. – Jackrabbit Sports Properties, the exclusive multimedia rights holder for South Dakota State University Athletics, has expanded its partnership with First Premier Bank/Premier Bankcard to become the presenting sponsor of the 2015 Football Season.
Premier will receive a presence in all media elements promoting the season and ticket purchases, while also receiving an increased presence on the new digital media video board. Additionally, Premier will serve as presenting sponsor of the Jackrabbits mobile app.
This sponsorship deepens the commitment First Premier Bank/Premier Bankcard has with SDSU and SDSU Athletics as the Jackrabbits are now one season away from moving into the new Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium – named after First Premier Bank’s CEO and former SDSU football player and graduate.
“I’m excited that PREMIER has been given the opportunity to be the exclusive presenting sponsor for the 2015 SDSU football season. It further solidifies our partnership with the University and our commitment to the possibilities that lie ahead,” said First PREMIER Bank CEO Dana Dykhouse.
“We’re proud to continue our long partnership with PREMIER, and will look forward to celebrating the history and tradition of Coughlin-Alumni Stadium this fall as we begin the transition to a bright future in the new Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium,” said South Dakota State University Director of Athletics Justin Sell.
“We are very excited to enhance the partnership with Premier,” said Jackrabbit Sports Properties General Manager Britt Oligschlaeger. “Premier has been a trusted partner for both athletics and the university for many years, and this partnership deepens that relationship.”

First PREMIER Bank is one of the strongest capitalized banks in the country, while PREMIER Bankcard is the 12th largest issuer of MasterCard(R) and VISA(R) credit cards.
