HOUSTON – Texas A&M Athletics, Learfield Sports’ Texas A&M Sports Properties and ASCO Equipment announced today a brand new partnership beginning in the 2015-16 athletics season.logo

In this new partnership, ASCO will receive significant sponsorship elements including television, radio spots, in-venue signage at Kyle Field. These traditional assets were an important piece to the agreement as ASCO can focus on its customers with Texas A&M ties.

“I am especially excited to be associated with Texas A&M since my son and daughter graduated from there in 2007 and 2010,” said ASCO CEO Brax Wright. “It is gratifying to continue our association with the University and Texas A&M Athletics. We have just opened our new facility in Bryan and look forward to reaching out to all our customers in Aggieland,”

In addition, the partnership will kick off in a big way as ASCO will be the title sponsor for the first game in the newly renovated Kyle Field on September 12 against Ball State.

“We are especially excited about this partnership with ASCO and the sense of family they found by partnering with us and the Texas A&M fan base,” said Texas A&M Sports Properties General Manager Eric Buchanan. “Advancing their marketing assets to promote their new Bryan facility along with their Houston locations was a main goal for Brax and his staff and we are confident this partnership will achieve that for them.”

In addition to Texas A&M, Learfield Sports manages the multimedia rights and sponsorships for over 100 collegiate institutions and associations, and titles the prestigious Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup. Learfield represents collegiate institutions, conferences and arenas for their respective multimedia rights and sponsorship initiatives, and offers these partners with professional concessions and ticket sales, licensing and trademark consulting, digital platform expertise and venue and technology systems through its owned companies.
