PLANO, Texas – Learfield Sports announced today a restructuring of the Finance team promoting Carrie Pence, former Sales Analyst Manager, to Director of Sales Analytics and Reporting. Pence will oversee KORE implementation and the broader effort to improve sales support to the Learfield Sports team, working closely with the rest of the KORE team in the Jefferson City based office and the Sales Analyst group in Plano. Current Sales Analysts, Kristi Schloffman and Aaron Smith, also have been promoted and will continue their work as analysts while taking on more responsibilities within the department.

Carrie-PencePence has been with Learfield for nearly five years, primarily leading the Sales Analyst group, as well as directly supporting 31 of Learfield’s nearly 100 collegiate properties nationwide. Prior to joining Learfield, Pence was with KPMG as a Senior Associate and Applied Materials as a Financial Analyst.

Kisti-SchloffmanConcurrently, Schloffman has been promoted to Sales Analyst Manager. She has been with Learfield for 12 years and supports 35 properties. Schloffman started her Learfield career as a sponsorship coordinator at Tiger Sports Properties in her hometown of Memphis, Tenn. She relocated to Plano, Texas to join the corporate office as a sales analyst and was promoted to senior sales analyst in 2010.

Aaron-SmithSmith, promoted to the role of Senior Sales Analyst, has been with Learfield for nearly one year and supports 31 properties. Prior to joining Learfield, Smith worked in the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department business office.
