RUSTON, La. – Learfield Sports announced today that Lane Robertson will serve as general manager for its “LA Tech Sports Properties” entity beginning Dec. 1, 2014. Robertson, a Lafayette, La. native, joins the Ruston-based multimedia rights holder for Louisiana Tech Athletics having previously served with Learfield’s dedicated properties representing Texas A&M University and the University of Missouri.
Robertson will work closely with Athletics Director Tommy McClelland and the entire athletic administration to ensure complete fulfillment of the Learfield-LA Tech Athletics rights agreement. Robertson and LA Tech Sports Properties’ Senior Account Executive Logan Lewis oversee and develop the corporate partner program and manage all athletics rights and sponsorship components inclusive of radio, television, digital, signage and hospitality.
