JELL-O KICKS OFF COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON WITH NEW UNIVERSITY MOLD KITS

Show School Spirit with Jell-O Jigglers Roster of 20 Teams

NORTHFIELD, Ill. – Just in time for football season, Jell-O is launching 16 new Jell-O University Mold Kits that celebrate college teams around the country. Available in August, each kit will contain two trays of school logo or mascot molds, along with boxes of Jell-O gelatin in team colors. Fans can “fun things up” and show school pride by serving Jell-O Jigglers® of their favorite team on game day.

Building on the popularity of their 2013 launch featuring four schools- University of Arkansas®, University of Florida®, University of Michigan® and The University of Texas®- Jell-O is collaborating with 16 new schools for the 2014 lineup:

Jell-O University Mold Kits will be available at grocery stores, mass merchandisers and Amazon.com at a suggested retail price of $5.99. To integrate marketing and licensing assets at the participating schools, Jell-O connected with IMG College, Learfield Sports, Michigan State Athletics, USC Sports Properties, a division of FOX Sports, and LSU Sports Properties, a division of CBS Collegiate Sports Properties. As part of the program, fans at each school will have an opportunity to take home a mold kit on game day.
