Behind-the-scenes video episodes chronicle the Gopher Football program
Coach Jerry Kill has always said he is building the University of Minnesota football program “brick by brick.” Now, Gopher fans have a front row seat to the construction process.
University of Minnesota Athletics, in partnership with tradeMONSTER, have debuted a brand-new web video series entitled “Brick by Brick: Gopher Football 2013.” Each Thursday evening, a new 8-12 minute vignette will be released on GopherSports.com/BrickbyBrick, Facebook and Twitter, chronicling the Gophers’ progress as they climb the ranks in the Big Ten Conference.
“Our new ‘Brick by Brick’ series allows fans the opportunity to really get to know the personalities of the players and coaches and see the day-to-day realities of Gopher Football,” said Ryan Maus of Gopher Digital Productions, Minnesota’s in-house video production department. “The production quality of the show is on par with anything shown on ESPN, Big Ten Network or any other national network – which is something Gopher fans are really going to appreciate.”
tradeMONSTER, the online brokerage industry’s leader in user experience, co-founded by former Gopher linebacker and NFL star Pete Najarian, entered into the “Brick by Brick” series’ partnership through Learfield Sports, University of Minnesota Athletics’ multimedia rights partner.
