Golden Hurricane Sports Properties created a package targeted at local businesses in the Home Services categories in order to reach the Tulsa University fan base.

In an effort to drive sponsorships in the Home Services categories, Golden Hurricane Sports Properties designed a package directed at local businesses. The TU Home Team package consisted of various media outlets all designed to reach the Tulsa University fans and alumni.

The TU Home Team sponsors reached Golden Hurricane fans through print, radio, internet, signage, in-game recognition, and direct mail. Additionally, the package included category exclusivity for the sponsors and exclusive use of the TU Home Team logo.

Radio spots in football, basketball and coaches shows in addition to in venue signage, programs and video board recognition ensured sponsor’s messages were heard and seen during the season, while a prominent “Home Team” button on linked to tips and other information from the sponsors gave year-round exposure.

As a result of the Home Services sponsorship package, Golden Hurricanes Sports Properties was able to ensure a local business exclusivity within their category while extending their promotion through a wide range of media outlets to the Tulsa University fan base.
